Summer's heat and humidity has finally arrived.  Don't let that stop you from riding!  Stop in and fill your water bottle with some of our ice cold Kansas City tap water. 

Keeping yourself properly hydrated in this heat is extremely important.  Remember to drink plenty of fluids before, during and after your ride.  How much to drink depends on your size, how much you sweat and the intensity of your workout.  Some experts recommend one bottle every hour in cool weather and more in hot weather.  So pack plenty of water.
